Navada Clothing has a fully modernized factory in Aeroton, Johannesburg and is equipped with the latest technology in machinery and computer systems. Every phase of the creation and production process are monitored for quality, ensuring that consistent high standards are met. 2014 saw the implementation of the Automated Swedish Eton 5000 system for the production lines. This system has been developed to eliminate manual transportation and minimise handling, radically adding value to the production process of our garments. We are proud to be the first trouser and shirt manufacturing plant in South Africa to be using the Eton system. Now employee performance, manufacturing efficiencies and production outputs can be monitored live.
Every aspect within the manufacturing process is designed and monitored to ensure that quality and efficiency is of the highest standard. Our qualified and experienced team understand our values and goals. Therefore they work hard each and every day to ensure that these goals are achieved.
